Finding the time and funding to develop your leadership skills can be challenging. That’s why NC LIVE offers free Leadership Development Workshops in person and online. Guest facilitators will share their knowledge on strategic planning.

Theme: Strategic Planning

A strategic plan informs every major decision the library makes but the process of creating one doesn't need to be overwhelming. This workshop will involve hands-on training on developing strategic plans that covers marketing, assessment, cost-saving strategies, and more key skills. Learn how to incorporate feedback and get buy-in from staff throughout the strategic planning process. You also do not need to be a manager or library administrator to benefit from this knowledge. If you are interested in getting practical advice and resources for your library's next strategic plan, this is for you!
