More than Calm: Exercising Your Attention with Mindfulness
While the scientific evidence of its potential benefits grows, there’s a counter-intuitive art to establishing a consistent mindfulness practice. This live mindfulness practice session with an experienced coach will help participants set realistic expectations, customize their approach to fit their needs, and better understand how to interpret their practice experiences. In this practice session, we will work on your mindfulness techniques and take some time to relax and re-center.
