Book Repair Workshop

Do you have lots of materials at your library that need mending or repair, but you just aren't sure where to start?

Do you want to know some new techniques for repairing materials on a tight budget? The State Library is excited to sponsor a workshop with Craig Fansler, Preservation Librarian at Wake Forest University's Z. Smith Reynolds Library. He will show you how to use inexpensive tools to make every day repairs to library materials. Whether you are a novice at book repair or have had some experience, this workshop will explore methods of repair that don't break the bank. Book repair materials will be provided for attendees.

Only 12 participants will be allowed to register per class, so don't wait - register today! Please be sure to register using your library or school email address. Personal emails will not be accepted.
