We’re told the age of AI is upon us, but what does that mean for our libraries? We’ll discuss policy development, staff training, and public programming, as we prepare our organizations for change in this practical session. Attendees will:

Discover the legal, ethical, and policy concerns AI poses to libraries.
Devise AI policy and procedure framework.
Learn to build an AI working group at their library.
Understand and plan for the program and service possibilities of AI.
