Quick & LIVE-ly: Films on Demand (State Library of NC) In-Person

Do you want to learn more about the new NC LIVE Films on Demand collection and platform? Participants will learn about the content provided, key features of the platform, and benefits to patrons, students, faculty, and library staff.  After the webinar you should feel comfortable searching the platform and informing your patrons and colleagues about the Films on Demand product. 

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how their library and community can use best utilize this new resource.

Learning Objectives for this session:

  1. Participants will know the important features and types of content available from the Films on Demand platform.
  1. Participants will be able to search the platform, locate and view relevant films and segments.
  1. Participants will feel confident instructing their patrons, students, and faculty about the Films on Demand product.

This session is a quick introduction to the new NC LIVE resource, Films on Demand. The Films on Demand Master Video Collection offers thousands of high quality videos from travel and fitness programming, to home and how-to videos, indie films, popular music performances, documentaries, and curriculum-based educational videos.
