This webinar will provide an introduction to survey planning, design, and implementation. Participants will learn to identify when to use surveys; how to write effective, actionable, and unbiased survey questions; gain a basic understanding of how to use a popular survey creation tool; and learn about designing, validating, piloting and an implementing effective surveys.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the webinar series, attendees will be able to:
• Identify when a survey is the best methodology for gathering user feedback and when some other method is more appropriate
• Write effective, actionable, and unbiased survey questions
• Have a basic understanding of how to use a survey tool to create and implement a survey
• Describe the process of designing, validating, piloting and an implementing effective, actionable, and unbiased survey
